• Additional Database Development and Content Management Systems $70/hr.


• Digital Photo touch up & Special effects (Photoshop work) $70/hr.

 

Web site Management and Maintenance

Unlike a printed marketing piece, your website is a living thing. Website Management and website maintenance is essential for keeping your website fresh appealing and up-to-date. Without consistent and regular website management and website maintenance, your website becomes nothing more than a static brochure which could negatively impact your business. However, Consistent website attention such as, additions and updating of content will significantly improve your search engine standing ( S.E.O. ).

The problem that most business owner's face is finding enough time to be able to keep their website updated with everything else going on. That's where we come in - our website maintenance and website management programs are a low cost solution to this problem.

Also, issues can arise from the ever changing and fast paced technologies used to power the internet. Problems can arise due to something as simple as a web browser update say from Internet explorer 7 to version 8 or 9 (soon to be released). Sadly, we cannot guarantee to keep today's properly working website current with tomorrows technology. Having us manage your website will not cure those kinds of issues. But having us on call means you won't be left on your own when the unexpected happens. Simply contact us and we will be there to get those issues resolved quickly and within a reasonable budget.

Website Maintenance

We offer website maintenance on a pay as you go basis for $40-$65/hour depending on assignment, or monthly plans as shown below. Rush service is also available for those with major time constraints.

Website maintenance can include adding, removing, or editing text and graphics, modifying products in your online shopping cart, updating news events, uploading online documents, and often emergency fixes. If you're not sure about the issue or can't explain it, let us take a look and we can often diagnose it within minutes.

Communication avenues of support are by email, and phone. Email is preferred, as it allows me to accurately log support issues. Support is only provided for work performed by Blue Moon Studio. All service plans are invoiced monthly.

Not covered in Management and Maintenance agreement:

Due to differences in server technology and on going changes to internet browsers and operating systems any breakdowns, inconsistency or functionality issues which arise due to client upgrades, revisions or new releases in computers, operating systems, web servers or web browsers are not the responsibility of Blue Moon Studio.

Any problems which arise out of either client, or the clients representatives, making changes to the website files after final delivery and client sign off are not the responsibility of Blue Moon Studio.
